Responsibilities

  • Launch with momentum: Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch and plug into a proven path so you can start producing faster.
  • Consistent pipeline: Execute PLACE weekly lead-gen systems to create steady, qualified opportunities-no more feast-or-famine.
  • Meet motivated clients: Host two open houses monthly to grow your database and uncover near-term buyers and sellers.
  • More convos → more appointments: Convert prospecting and lead-gen into booked consultations with clear follow-up plans.
  • Level up weekly: Team-standard script practice so you handle objections confidently and raise your conversion rates.
  • Supported, not solo: Team activities that keep you connected, accountable, and energized.
  • Coaching that pays off: Weekly 1:1s, trainings, and Partner Call to turn activity into predictable production and income growth.
  • Win more listings: Consult with sellers, convert to signed listings, and market homes with a repeatable plan.
  • Command the listing presentation: Demonstrate pricing strategy, staging, and listing services that drive faster sales and better net.
  • Negotiate like a pro: Craft and negotiate offers for your sellers to maximize outcomes and shorten time-to-close.
  • Work from one clean system: Track every activity, client, and follow-up in PLACE Technology so nothing slips through the cracks.
Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
