What to Expect

• Process customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
• Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer orders accurately and promptly
• Review and verify orders, making necessary corrections and contacting customers for clarification
• Manage orders throughout the entire order cycle, ensuring compliance with regulations

What is Required

• 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
• Computer proficiency, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
• Must reside in the Colorado Springs area

How to Stand Out

• Customer interaction experience is preferred
• Associate's Degree in a relevant field
