Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Change Management Manager to work hybrid with our client, supporting a large-scale transformation initiative focused on building a unified Source-to-Pay organization. This is a full-time contract role with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement a structured, phased change management strategy aligned with Project Eclipse's vision, objectives, and timeline.
• Define success metrics and tracking methods for change adoption, readiness, and operational performance.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to anticipate risks and tailor interventions.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
• Secure and maintain executive sponsorship and leadership alignment across impacted business areas.
• Enable leaders to act as visible change champions and role models for desired behaviors.
• Drive active stakeholder participation and ownership throughout the transition.
• Facilitate workshops, Q&A sessions, and feedback forums to address concerns and gather input.
Communication & Training
• Design and deliver clear, consistent, and transparent communications using multi-channel approaches (emails, presentations, videos, meetings, newsletters, portals).
• Develop and execute role-based training strategies and support resources tailored to impacted audiences.
• Create and manage change communications assets including presentations, talking points, FAQs, one-pagers, scripts, videos, and SharePoint sites.
Change Implementation & Sustainment
• Develop comprehensive change management plans outlining scope, objectives, impacts, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor adoption metrics, identify resistance early, and provide coaching and support to leaders and teams.
• Measure outcomes against defined success metrics such as efficiency, stakeholder experience, cost savings, and synergy realization.
• Celebrate milestones and successes; embed new practices into standard operating procedures.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation of change deliverables to operational teams.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks including business disruption, contract complexity, HR impacts, and talent retention challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (TVM, SCM, HR, Legal, Finance) to ensure business continuity.
• Capture lessons learned, refine approaches, and continuously improve change execution and sustainment.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience leading change management for large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and executive presence skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex organizational impacts, manage resistance, and drive adoption.
• Experience applying structured change management methodologies, principles, and tools.
• Ability to influence decision-making and shape the direction of enterprise change initiatives.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting Source-to-Pay, Finance, Procurement, or ERP transformations.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and large-scale program governance.
