The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Power Platform Solutions Lead to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve this mission critical application. This role blends product ownership, solution architecture, hands on development, user experience design, and change management. Incumbent will lead the end to end design of a task management system using Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse (or SharePoint), Power Automate, and Power BI. Translate operational workflows into intuitive user experiences for engineers, service desk leads, and managers. Define governance, security roles, and data access rules for internal and customer facing users. Build power App(s) (canvas and/or model driven), Develop Power Automate flows for notifications, SLA calculations, escalations, and data synchronization. Integrate Power BI dashboards for performance, workload, and trend analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the architectural design of a comprehensive service desk solution using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Application Development: Develop, configure, and maintain the application, including both model-driven and canvas apps, to meet the complex needs of our service desks and customer groups.
- Automation: Build and improve workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual processes, manage approvals, and enhance overall productivity.
- Data & Integration: Design and implement a scalable data model within Microsoft Dataverse and Integrate the Power Platform solution with other business systems and third-party applications using custom connectors and APIs.
- Agile Development & Continuous Improvement: Manage an agile update cycle, gathering user feedback to iteratively improve the application's functionality and user interface and stay current with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform to ensure the solution remains modern and effective.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with service desk managers, engineering leads, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the solution aligns with business goals.
Qualifications: Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in designing and delivering solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI).
- Strong proficiency in creating both canvas and model-driven Power Apps.
- Demonstrable experience in data modeling, and a strong understanding of Dataverse tables, relationships, and security.
- Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) and deploying solutions across different environments.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Desired:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600).
- Experience with Power BI for creating insightful reports and dashboards.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Azure services like Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300-$189,600
