Compensation & Benefits

Earn $35,000 to $100,000+ annuallythrough our competitive pay plan, bonuses, and commissions.

What You Will Do
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver a memorable car-buying experience

  • Assist customers with vehicle selection based on needs, lifestyle, and budget

  • Learn and present vehicle features, benefits, and technology confidently

  • Conduct professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations (new and pre-owned)

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business

  • Work directly with F&I Managers to present financing options, leasing options, and warranty/vehicle protection programs

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve team and individual goals

  • Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude


Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Coachable, goal-driven, and eager to learn the automotive business

  • Professional appearance and conduct

  • Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays (Closed on Sundays)

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening


Prior automotive, retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
