Overview
This analyst-level role within the Digital Commerce Operations team is responsible for ensuring executional quality and deployment readiness across Email, Push, and SMS channels. The focus is on accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness for high-volume campaigns through detailed QA across front-end content, back-end configuration, and deployment setup.
The position requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and a strong understanding of campaign validation prior to send. Collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, CRM, and Product teams is essential to ensure campaigns are accurate, validated, and ready for deployment.
