Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist

AP/AR Specialist will be primarily responsible for independently processing invoicing, billing, payroll and benefit contributions.

• Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Experience reconciling bank statements & QB
• Experience with or willingness to learn coupa/counselLink and other invoice submittal systems
• Quickbook Experience & understanding how quickbooks works
• Experience processing payroll
• Understands taxes and legal requirements in payroll
• Onboard new hires, suppliers, or clients into the correct system
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work on detailed tasks
• Accounting/Finance Degree Associate or BS/BA
