We are hiring a Creative Director to join our team! Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will act as the brand's creative compass - responsible for defining and expressing the visual and verbal identity of Enchanting Travels across every channel and market.

You will drive brand consistency, sophistication, and emotional resonance while connecting creativity to business growth. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver world-class storytelling, design, and campaigns, setting the creative vision that partner teams translate into scalable content execution. You will also play a key role in shaping Travelopia's creative excellence agenda - ensuring shared standards, innovation, and collaboration across sister brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to evolve the Enchanting Travels brand platform and bring to life what luxury experiential travel means for a global audience.

What You'll Do

Creative & Brand Leadership
  • Serve as brand guardian, defining standards and inspiring teams to elevate visual, verbal, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Lead brand, creative, and storytelling strategies that align with target customers, business objectives, and marketing goals.
  • Own and evolve the brand platform to ensure luxury differentiation and alignment with audience insights and commercial opportunities.
  • Partner with VP of Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure creative excellence supports brand building and conversion.
  • Define tone of voice to ensure consistency and emotional impact across global markets.
  • Drive innovation through tools, technologies, and AI to enhance ideation and craft.
Content, Campaigns & Channel Excellence
  • Plan and manage the annual creative and campaign calendar, collaborating with Content, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align with brand priorities.
  • Oversee multi-channel creative direction and quality across digital, print, video, and social media, ensuring luxury positioning.
  • Lead a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators, fostering creativity and accountability.
  • Direct photoshoot planning, asset production, and creative library management, maintaining strong agency and freelancer partnerships.
  • Ensure campaigns connect insight, emotion, and craft, balancing inspiration and conversion.
  • Provide creative guidance for website storytelling and brand expression with Content, SEO, and Product teams.
Market Insight & Brand Performance
  • Use customer and market insights to inform creative strategy and brand direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing analytics to track creative performance metrics, including engagement, conversion, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor competitor and industry trends to ensure Enchanting Travels remains relevant and distinctive.
  • Seek creative differentiation and inspiration from luxury, culture, and lifestyle sectors.
Process, Efficiency & Operations
  • Oversee the creative development process, improving workflows, automation, and self-serve tools for ideation, production, and asset management.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation to optimize investment across channels and initiatives.
  • Implement scalable creative operations to ensure clarity, prioritization, and accountability across global and local teams.
  • Partner with Travelopia's creative teams to share best practices and leverage infrastructure.
This role focuses on creative vision, brand expression, and storytelling excellence, while partner teams own content operations, production scale, SEO, and channel optimization.

  • Skilled in creative briefing, development, and project management processes.
  • Confident collaborator able to influence senior stakeholders across global teams.
  • Fluency in creative innovation and emerging tools (AI, automation, data-driven design).
  • Inspirational, strategic, and commercially aware leader, balancing creativity with discipline and passionate about travel and storytelling.
