Chopped and formed process operator - D Shift. This position operates and adjusts all process equipment chopped and formed line for smooth and productive operations; monitors lineflow and waste; corrects problems which affect quality and production costs; and makes line changes as directed by the production lead or team leader. Job Description. Obtain work schedule and daily production paperwork, report to the assigned line, complete walk through and prepare for operations. Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear and perform a safety check on equipment to be used in daily operations and ensure that all safety devices are functioning properly. Check schedule, work orders and bulk product inventory, take oil, blancher and finished product samples to lab as required. Monitor the blancher and fryer, complete walk through, take samples, make adjustments, check drains and magnets as required.
