Skillforce is currently hiring reliable and hardworking Construction Laborers for an active job site in Twin Falls, ID. This role supports the repair, install, and maintenance of solar panels and is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. This is role is expected to last several weeks to long term depending upon willingness to travel. Pay is up to $25/hr depending upon experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled trades with repair and maintenance of solar panels
• Perform site clean-up, material handling, and debris removal
• Load and unload construction materials and tools
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow all job site safety procedures and company policies
• Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, carrying, and staging materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Prior commercial construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to the job site
