This role requires strong interpersonal skills, administrative skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellent service./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliProvide accurate information and directions for all customers/liliAnswer phones, direct calls and transfer messages/liliDispatch mall personnel via 2-way radio and email./liliKnow and execute Gift Card sales program/liliRespond to emails from tenants, vendors, and customers/liliWatch cameras, know your surroundings, report/address issues with teammates/liliAssist management with administrative duties as needed/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliPrior business telephone experience/liliMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills/liliComputer skills, specifically the ability to check/answer emails and data entry in Microsoft Excel/liliThe ability to follow company procedures and processes/liliMust be able to pass a drug screening./li/ulh3Work Schedule:/h3ulliPart-time positions available./liliMust be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
