As a part-time Senior Brand Advocate, you will embody our brand every day! Your mission is to create an exceptional shopping experience for everyone who walks into the store, ensuring they leave happier than when they arrived. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Friendly Engagement: As a people person, you utilize the AEO Selling Model to connect with every guest, helping them find precisely what they're searching for with a "friends first" approach.
• Product Passion: Your enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products shines through as you educate guests about product details and make personalized recommendations.
• Brand Ambassadorship: You eagerly introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels, sharing your excitement.
• Versatile Support: You possess a flexible skillset, easily transitioning between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Problem Solving: Your priority is to enhance the guests' experience; you proactively resolve concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Team Spirit: You embody teamwork, always ready to help your colleagues get the job done.
• Integrity: You consistently do the right thing, following AEO's policies & procedures without fail.
