Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck.
• Expertly mount, dismount, balance, and repair an extensive range of tires, including passenger, light truck, commercial truck, and industrial.
• Diagnose tire-related issues and perform light mechanical repairs as necessary.
• Thoroughly inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Conduct fleet inspections and preventative maintenance checks as needed.
• Skillfully operate tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) and other diagnostic tools.
• Keep the service truck, tools, and equipment in safe, operational condition.
• Adhere to DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws consistently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clear communication of service details and timelines.
• Assist with warehouse or shop duties during downtime from service calls.

Skills / Education / Requirements:

• A minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record (CDL preferred, but not mandatory).
• Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires is preferred but not required.
• Physical capability to lift and maneuver tires weighing between 30-250 lbs., with or without mechanical aid.
• Ability to work independently under various weather conditions and road situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with a commitment to customer service.
