As a Full Time Merchandiser/Order Writer, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling the merchandising needs of our customers. Your responsibilities will include communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or updating displays. Be an ambassador for our beloved brands including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry-leading snacks.

• Act as a representative of Mondelz, engaging with in-store employees and collaborating with sales representatives to maximize the visibility of Mondelz products on shelves and to create attractive promotional displays.

• Conduct in-store visits following Mondelz's DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing photos of displays at assigned stores.

• Utilize an iPad Tablet to order products for shelves and displays to ensure stock availability.

• Ensure that our leading brands, including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, are well-represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelz's guidelines.

• Verify that the Sales Representative's plans negotiated with store managers are followed and relay any issues to Mondelz management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule provided by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, create dynamic seasonal displays, and support new product launches.

• Exhibit a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelz in-store.

Who is a Good Fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• Looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive and professional attitude who can work independently.

• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Willingness to engage in physical work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, with occasional pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.

• Previous experience in retail or grocery is a plus.

• Must reside within a 25-35 mile radius of Quincy, IL.

• Schedule availability is required from Monday to Saturday starting at 7:30 am.

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.
