Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a global leader in performance nutrition and ingredient innovation to hire a Trade & Event Coordinator for a hybrid opportunity in Twin Falls, ID. This organization develops high-quality nutrition and ingredient solutions for globally recognized food, beverage, and wellness brands. Location: Twin Falls, ID (Hybrid)

Pay: $32–35/hr

(Onsite required for major events)

The Role

You will support the Marketing team by planning and executing trade shows, coordinating enterprise-wide meetings and town halls, and assisting with regional marketing events. This role ensures seamless execution and consistent brand experience across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage trade show logistics from planning through on-site execution
  • Coordinate vendors, shipping, booth setup, and event materials
  • Support commercial meetings and internal town halls
  • Assist with regional marketing activities and campaign rollouts
  • Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting trade shows, marketing events, or corporate meetings
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Comfortable being onsite for key events
