Our State Farm agency is seeking a dependable, creative, and detail-oriented Customer Relations Representative to help support our community outreach and social media presence.

In this role, you'll help build our local brand by managing our social media content, representing the agency at community events, and assisting with event prep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
• Help coordinate and attend community events and sponsorships
• Assist with marketing materials, giveaways, and event logistics
• Represent the agency in a positive and professional manner

This role is ideal for someone who's organized, enjoys working in a team environment, and is comfortable jumping in where needed to support a variety of tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and time management skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Reliable transportation for running local errands
• Ability to represent the agency professionally in the community
• Must reside in Idaho

Schedule:

• Full-time hours if local to our Agency
• Open to Part-time hours if residing in Idaho, but not local to our Agency

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
