JOB GOAL
Maintain assigned buildings in a safe and efficient manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrate aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned performance responsibilities.
- Demonstrate success in performing a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, plumbing, minor electrical, painting, carpentry, welding, and all building maintenance.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports.
- Several years' experience in building, construction and maintenance.
