Microsoft Intune, Windows 365 & CrossPlatform Endpoint Customer Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune & Windows 365 Customer Engineer with strong Windows management depth and working expertise across iOS, Android, and macOS endpoint platforms. This role is customerfacing and focused on delivering modern endpoint and Cloud PC solutions for enterprise customers, using Microsoft Intune as the primary management platform.

The ideal candidate brings handson experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows 365, solid crossplatform MDM knowledge, and the ability to support customers through design, deployment, migration, and steadystate operations. SCCM / Configuration Manager experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support Microsoft Intune and Windows 365 solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Act as a customerfacing engineer, delivering deployments, migrations, and operational support.
  • Provide architectural guidance and handson execution for modern Windows and Cloud PC management scenarios.
  • Balance Windowsfirst design with required support for mobile and macOS platforms.


Windows 365 & Windows Endpoint Management (Primary Focus)
  • Design and deploy Windows 365 Cloud PCs, including:
    • Business, Enterprise, and Frontline offerings
    • Provisioning policies and assignment strategies
    • Image management and lifecycle planning
  • Demonstrate understanding of Windows 365 licensing and SKUs:
    • Business vs Enterprise differences
    • Frontline dedicated vs shared scenarios
    • Cloud PC sizing aligned to user personas and workloads
  • Integrate Windows 365 with:
    • Microsoft Intune for device and policy management
    • Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access
    • Conditional Access and Zero Trust controls
  • Implement and support Windows 10/11 management using Intune:
    • Windows Autopilot (UserDriven, PreProvisioning)
    • Windows Autopatch
    • Policy Management (GPO Migration)
  • Configure Endpoint Security policies:
    • Microsoft Defender Antivirus
    • Firewall, ASR rules, BitLocker
    • Security baselines
    • Bitlocker, LAPS
  • Deploy and manage applications (Win32, Store, Microsoft 365 Apps).


CrossPlatform Endpoint Management (Required)
  • Manage iOS / iPadOS devices using Intune:
    • Companyowned and BYOD enrollment scenarios
    • Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)
    • App deployment and compliance policies
  • Manage Android Enterprise devices:
    • Work Profile (BYOD)
    • Fully Managed and Dedicated (Kiosk) scenarios
    • Managed Google Play application deployment
  • Manage macOS devices using Intune:
    • Userapproved and automated enrollment
    • Configuration profiles, compliance, and app deployment
  • Design and support Mobile Application Management (MAM):
    • App Protection Policies for BYOD and unmanaged devices


Identity, Access & Security
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Implement and troubleshoot:
    • Single SignOn (SSO)
    • Conditional Access policies aligned with Zero Trust principles
  • Understanding of device trust, compliancebased access, and identitydriven endpoint management models.


Migration, Troubleshooting & Automation
  • Support migrations from:
    • Legacy MDM platforms
    • Traditional endpoint management solutions
    • Physical desktops to Windows 365 Cloud PCs
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across:
    • Windows endpoints
    • Windows 365 Cloud PCs
    • iOS, Android, and macOS devices
  • Analyze logs and diagnostics using:
    • Intune Diagnostics
    • Event Viewer and MDMDiagnosticsTool
  • Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph (preferred).
  • Maintain clear, customerready documentation and handover guidance.


Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong handson experience with Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in Windows 10/11 and Windows 365 Cloud PC management.
  • Proven experience managing iOS, Android Enterprise, and macOS devices using Intune.
  • Experience with:
    • Autopilot, Autopatch, Endpoint Security
    • Compliance and Conditional Access integration
  • Experience supporting customers in a partner, MSP, or consulting environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer engagement skills.


Nice to Have
  • SCCM / Configuration Manager experience (comanagement, application deployment, or migration scenarios).
  • Experience migrating customers from thirdparty MDM or VDI/DaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Intune Suite features (Remote Help, Endpoint Analytics, Endpoint Privilege Management).
  • Microsoft certifications related to Endpoint, Security, Windows 365, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
