TITLE: Vocational Services Paraprofessional (Job coaching, site development, CSE, EES, et al) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, Knowledge, Skill, Abilities.) High School Diploma, equivalent, and/or the ability to demonstrate the ability to Read, write, and implement training programs for people with developmental disabilities. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. You must pass an Idaho State Criminal and Background Check. Fluent in the English language. PURPOSE: To provide direct service to persons with developmental disabilities. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish a relationship with employers and participants. Become familiar with pertinent information on each individual. Support and follow the direction of Vocational services professional. Assure compliance with and all other safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Channel concerns, questions and information to vocational services professional.
