The Clinical Assessment Specialist is responsible for brief clinical screening of patients referred to the Certified Community Behavior Health Clinic (CCBHC) who may be experiencing moderate to severe symptoms. Provides comprehensive mental health and substance use assessment, triage recommendations and educational services when children, families and adults referred to the CCBHC are experiencing high severity or crisis symptoms that put them at significant risk for hospitalization or other higher levels of care.
