Provide Rehabilitation Support to the Industrial Commission Rehabilitation Division's Field Consultants who are responsible for providing vocational rehabilitation services to injured workers. First point of contact with the parties involved in the workers' compensation system i.e. claimants, medical providers, sureties, employers, and attorneys. Create and maintain the rehabilitation case files. Research, analyze and compile accurate case information by independent contact with sureties, medical providers and claimants. Utilize specialized case management software to prepare correspondence, and edit case note entries for correct grammatical and professional communication of information. Work as a team to assure that timely and professional rehabilitation services are provided.
