Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Building Construction. Superintendent to work with our nationally recognized Design-Build team assisting with the assembly of designs, estimates and ultimate construction of entire food manufacturing facilities constructed across the United States. #shambaugh #LI-DF #LI-Onsite Essential Duties & Responsibilities Review ACS schedules and drawings to identify coordination and constructability issues. Verify existing site conditions and ensure demolition and temporary work are accurately reflected in project documents. Lead ACS coordination with subcontractors, participate in owner/coordination meetings, and support early project planning. Oversee ACS subcontractor performance, safety compliance, and mock-ups; enforce quality standards and approved materials. Manage ACS RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation in Procore.
