What We Offer:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Transport milk between local dairy operations, our terminal, and processing plants in Idaho and Utah.
• Load milk into empty trailers for return to the terminal and deliver it to processing facilities for further distribution.

Competitive Pay:

• Hourly or load-based pay available, depending on the selected routes and your availability.
• Annual earnings range from $75K to $85K, with the potential for bonuses.

Incentives:

• Quarterly safety bonuses to reward safe driving practices.

Work Schedule:

• Home daily positions available, alongside shuttle or rotating runs ensuring you're home most nights.
• Typical rotation follows a 5-on/2-off, then 5-on/3-off schedule.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CDL-A.
• 12 months of recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience or eligibility for our apprentice program.
