St Luke's is seeking a dedicated Infection Preventionist to lead and support infection prevention and control initiatives across our organization. This role is responsible for the surveillance, prevention, and control of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and works collaboratively with clinical leaders, providers, and frontline staff to promote a culture of patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The Infection Preventionist applies evidence-based practices, regulatory standards, and data-driven strategies to reduce infection risk and improve patient outcomes. This position plays a key role in staff education, outbreak investigation, and performance improvement initiatives within our mission-driven, non-profit healthcare system.

• HSD + 4 years (4)

• GED + 4 years (4)

• Previous healthcare experience strongly desired
