To prosper as a Dental Lab Technician, you should have:

• At least 2 years of continuous dental lab or related experience
• Experience with crowns, bridges, dentures, or implants preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret dental prescriptions, impressions, and digital scans
• Solid verbal and written communication skills

More about your role as a Dental Lab Technician:

• Fabricate dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, night guards, and other appliances
• Read and interpret dental prescriptions, impressions, and digital scans
• Pour, trim, and articulate dental models
• Design and adjust restorations to ensure proper fit, function, and aesthetics
• Repair or modify existing dental appliances as needed
• Operate and maintain lab equipment, including CAD/CAM systems if applicable
• Ensure all lab work meets quality standards and deadlines
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure accurate case outcomes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment
