Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

1. 1 year of Pediatric SLP experience
2. Outpatient experience
3. Flexibility and ability to learn quickly

Description:
The position focuses on outpatient pediatric rehabilitation.
The clinician will treat a variety of pediatric diagnoses such as developmental delays, cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, and hydrocephalus.
On average, the clinician will manage a caseload of nine patients per day.
No floating to inpatient settings is required.
The schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch.
There are no weekend or holiday requirements.
Business casual attire with closed-toed shoes is expected.
The team is collaborative, young, and emphasizes a fun work environment with various outdoor activities.
Only 37 guaranteed hours per week are provided, but the schedule will generally allow for 40 hours.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
