Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Facilitate patient care from the initial evaluation through to discharge.
• Skillfully handle phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Manage electronic scheduling with both accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform data entry while maintaining neat and organized records.
• Verify insurance benefits and gather necessary information.
• Ensure patient charts and EMRs comply with clinic standards.
• Collect, post, and deposit patient payments accurately.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing and filing as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong orientation toward customer service.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $20.00 an hour. Salary is determined based on various factors such as relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. Benefits are available, subject to company policies.
