About the Role:

The Senior Financial Analyst works independently within their area of responsibility while supporting enterprise-level financial analysis and decision-making. This role partners closely with senior leadership, including members of the C-suite, providing financial insight, analysis, and storytelling that drive strategic and operational outcomes.

Your role within the team:

• Serve as a financial partner supporting enterprise leaders and assigned business functions.
• Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Perform month-end close activities, including variance analysis and collaboration with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models and advanced Excel-based analyses.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights and presentations for executive and non-finance audiences.
• Support continuous improvement of financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis processes.
• Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer service and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrate leadership by leading or participating in finance-related projects.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and analysis
• Experience with forecasting, business case development, and month-end close

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CPA or other relevant financial certification
• Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level reporting
• Healthcare finance experience
