Job Summary:

Client is seeking a SharePoint ECM Solutions Designer to support Preconstruction business processes. This is a functional role (no coding) focused on business analysis, solution design, QA testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design SharePoint/web-based solutions
• Gather requirements & create user stories
• Perform end-to-end QA testing (system, workflow, edge cases)
• Manage documentation, communication & project updates
• Support process improvement & solution implementation
• Deliver user training and support deployment activities

Required Skills (8+ Years):

• Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments
• Strong SharePoint design expertise (lists, libraries, workflows)
• Experience with QA testing & validation
• Process improvement / re-engineering experience
• Strong communication, documentation & analytical skills
• Experience with Agile/SDLC & tools like Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Preferred Skills:

• Client/Transportation domain experience
• Power BI, ServiceNow, Balsamiq
• Microsoft Copilot tools

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $52.00 - $56.00 per hour.
