Cascades Healthcare is a growing, Provo-based healthcare organization focused on operating high-quality skilled nursing facilities across multiple states. We're looking for a Regional Director of Accounts Receivable who brings strong financial insight, leadership, and a hands-on approach to supporting business office operations.

In this role, you will support our facilities in Nampa, ID, Greater Twin Falls Area, and Seattle, WA.

As a key regional partner, you will oversee financial and billing operations across assigned facilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency.

Core Responsibilities:

• Guide and support Business Office Managers across your region
• Oversee billing, collections, cash management, and reimbursement processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and long-term care regulations
• Analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement solutions
• Provide ongoing training in billing systems (Net Solutions, RFMS, ADP)
• Conduct quarterly on-site visits to assess and strengthen operations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support facility success
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company compliance standards

Experience & Education:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years as a Business Office Manager or similar role
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing
• Familiarity with post-acute or long-term care financial operations
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel regularly within Utah and Idaho
