Position Info: Paralegal Requirements: 5 years of California litigation experience (employment experience preferred but not required; civil litigation experience is most important) Ability to hit the ground running with minimal oversight Strong drafting experience (motions, mediation briefs, discovery, etc.) This is not a legal secretary position Project-manager mindset with strong deadline discipline and a focus on moving cases forward Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate preferred Prior remote-work experience strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits: $85,000 – $120,000, depending on experience (Hourly) 10 PTO days accrued annually 6 sick days per year 10 paid holidays
