A company is looking for a Senior Director- Counsel, Employment Law.Key ResponsibilitiesManage U.S. litigation matters and provide strategic advice to senior leadership on employment litigationOversee a large litigation docket and manage pre-litigation demand letters and compliance mattersServe as primary attorney for EEOC charges and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's and J.D. degrees with an active license to practice law in one of the 50 statesA minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney in employment lawAuthorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisExperience working in a corporate legal department preferredDemonstrated leadership and efficiency in managing complex employment litigation
