A company is looking for an In-house Legal Counsel.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal support for Real Estate and Development, including lease negotiations and risk assessmentsPartner with HR on employment law matters and develop related policies and trainingIdentify legal risks and ensurecompliance with applicable laws and regulationsRequired QualificationsJuris Doctorate degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to and in good standing with the Montana State BarMinimum of 5 years of experience in corporate/business law, preferably in retailStrong knowledge of contract law, commercial real estate law, and employment lawExperience managing litigation and working with outside counsel is preferred
