• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruitment specialists for comprehensive screening
• Follow up with potential leads to sustain their interest and facilitate their hiring experience
• Keep detailed and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the appointments scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your candidates
