Parts Counter Associate / Warranty Claims Administrator

Seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven individual to join our team in a unique full-time role supporting two critical areas of our dealership operations. As a Parts Counter Associate / Warranty Claims Administrator, you will split your time between assisting customers and technicians at the parts counter and managing the accurate submission and collection of warranty claims. Parts Counter Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts orders and inquiries
• Look up and identify parts using electronic catalogs and DMS systems
• Support service technicians with timely and accurate parts pulls
• Fill in for full-time parts counter representatives as needed
• Help maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department

Warranty Claims Administrator Responsibilities:

• Submit manufacturer and aftermarket warranty claims promptly and accurately
• Verify warranty coverage and claim eligibility for repairs
• Track and collect all warranty claim revenue
• Maintain organized records and documentation for claims processing
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure proper claim support

Qualifications:

• No experience required - we will train the right person
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus and will be recognized
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask and adapt between different responsibilities
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role
