Compass Group - 125 4th Avenue West - Responsibilities: Assists in making decisions on repairs and reports major problems to the maintenance supervisor and foreman; Constructs, finishes, installs, maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical systems, or the facilities of any related systems; Cleans, lubricates, services, repairs or diagnoses malfunction of HVAC, electrical and mechanical building systems; Supervises and leads a group of workers on a project; Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes work orders, tests and inspections
