Details Inpatient rehab setting covering Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed units Daily float between two campuses required based on census needs Caseload of 8–10 patients per day with one therapist on per day Common diagnoses include orthopedic/total joints, neurological conditions, strokes, occasional brain injuries, medical, and general ICU cases Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts (0830–1700); no self-scheduling May be required to cover holidays Epic EMR used in this position 13-week contract Requirements Active OT license required at time of consideration — license required if applicable Minimum 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab setting Current BLS certification required Driver's license required for consideration 2 professional references required for consideration: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Former permanent employees of this facility must have been separated for at least one year before being considered for a travel assignment Orientation typically consists of 2–3 days in the department; travelers should plan on a Mon–Fri schedule to accommodate onboarding No blocked scheduling or special scheduling requests will be accepted Scrubs are permitted; specific color restrictions apply — approved colors provided upon hire No RTO (time off) requests or scheduling blocks will be accepted American Traveler Job ID P-702240.
