Teacher Position — Three Creek Joint Elementary School District #416 (2026-27)
Three Creek Joint Elementary School District #416 invites qualified candidates to apply for a full-time teacher position for the 2026-27 school year. Three Creek is a one-room school house located in a remote area, providing a unique opportunity for an educator who values close relationships with students, families, and the broader community.
Position Overview
We seek a versatile teacher to provide instruction for kindergarten through 8th grade in a single classroom setting. Duties include planning and delivering age-appropriate, standards-aligned lessons across multiple grade levels, managing classroom behavior and student safety with limited on-site assistance, and collaborating with the School Board by assisting in administrative activities as requested.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver differentiated instruction for K–8 students in a one-room school environment.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and effective discipline with limited support staff.
• Supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of students throughout the school day.
• Assist the Board and district administration with routine administrative tasks and special projects.
• Communicate regularly with families and participate in community events to support student learning.
