Lead, train, schedule, and supervise Produce Department associates to ensure appropriate staffing and strong performance. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service. Plan, execute, and maintain high-quality produce displays that meet company merchandising and marketing standards. Manage department financial performance, including budgeting, sales forecasting, inventory control, and shrink reduction. Oversee ordering, receiving, rotation, and inspection of produce to ensure freshness, quality, and code-date compliance. Execute weekly marketing programs and support all corporate and divisional initiatives with accuracy and consistency. Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, weights and measures, and safety regulations at all times. Address and resolve customer questions or concerns calmly and effectively.
