Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Food Process Engineer. In this role you will be responsible for performing quality food process engineering design services in a professional manner so projects are implemented that meet or exceed our customer's satisfaction for schedule and budget. #shambaugh #LI-TS #-Onsite Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for flow diagrams and making sure specifications have been developed in accordance with:Customer requirements. Shambaugh & Son standards and specifications. Federal, State, and Local regulatory agency requirements. Balance calculations that have been developed and provided to the customer for review and confirmation ofproject production design criteria. Responsible for production line time studies, capacity usage studies, and product mass flow calculations.
