As a Customer Service Supervisor, you have a desire to work with our valued customers and provide first-class customer service. May order tobacco, candy and other items for the front end and customer service Partner with Front End Manager to write schedule for the customer service booth Operate electronic scanning cash register to total customers final bill. Receive payment for customer purchases. Honor appropriate discounts, coupons, etc. for applicable purchases. Assist customers with Loyalty Program questions or sign ups.
