Taco Bell - - Responsibilities: Lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing the team to deliver customer experiences; Take charge of daily operations in the GM's absence; Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members; Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management; Review financial reports and take appropriate actions to optimize performance
