You will learn ALL aspects of this VTM compound producing facility including production, processing, delivery and all office functions.THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:Assist in the management and learn all aspects of the day-to-day operations for the mill including production, quality, maintenance, office functions & deliveryEnsure quality products are delivered on a timely basisFacilitate the rotation of the work force in the different sections (receiving, mixing, bagging & delivery)Maintain quality in accordance with FSMA compliance protocolsEvaluate operations and identify areas for continuous improvementOversee and perform routine maintenance on facilities, equipment & fleetMaintain DOT complianceObserve and learn all aspects of the business functions in order to better manage themContinued implementation of the Safety Program protocols along with OSHA compliance#J-18808-Ljbffr
