The Process Tech/Engineer is responsible for coordination of the EBM operators and guidance for maintenance needs to the maintenance staff.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish standards and procedure for the EBM machine operation and molds/personalization part change oversSupport the plant in the evaluation and development of the team, identifying strengths, problem areas and action plans for performance improvementOversee the EBM (Uniloy) machine operation process for correctness and timelinessProvides input to product and process improvementsSupport in identifying risks of product/process for the Plant ManagerSupport manufacturing including assist in day to day troubleshooting of issuesDevelop and execute validation protocolsCompliance and auditsLead the operators team for effectiveness, efficiency and daily productivityEnsure KPI targets are met in line with current targetsMap training plans as well as design, develop and implement for operators; ensure documentation and flow of process for operators training and continued progression in line with implemented training matrixEnsure quality standards are metParticipate in the safety processes of the plantComply with all company safety policies and procedures as well as maintain good housekeeping and GMP practices/Global Food Safety practicesOther duties as assigned by managerCOMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of experience in EBM Uniloy equipment on a lead role as process engineer; experience in manufacturing support.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsMust be able to work flexible hours to complete necessary changes and provide support for processing on all shiftsGood communication and team building skillsGood working knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office and SAPAbility to effectively communicate technical system issuesExperience with lean manufacturing processesLogoplaste is an equal opportunities employer, where the foundation of our culture and our drive is based on Diversity & Inclusion.
