OverviewResidential HVAC Service ManagerAs we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department while driving revenue through service excellence, maintenance programs, and lead setting.Position OverviewThe HVAC Service Manager plays a critical leadership role, overseeing day‑to‑day service operations while partnering with technicians and sales teams to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a strong leader with both technical HVAC expertise and a sales‑minded approach .What You'll DoLead and manage the HVAC service department, including technicians and support staffDrive revenue growth through service agreements, maintenance plans, and lead settingDevelop and execute service and sales strategies aligned with company goalsSupport, coach, and mentor service technicians to improve performance and consistencyOversee scheduling and dispatch to ensure efficient, timely service deliveryMonitor KPIs including revenue, margins, and customer satisfactionProvide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics and solutionsEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulationsCollaborate with leadership to improve systems, processes, and customer experienceWhat You'll Bring5+ years of HVAC service operations experience , including service salesEPA certification requiredJourneyman preferred, but not requiredMust live in the Twin Falls/Pocatello/Blackfoot/Idaho Falls region or be willing to relocateStrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipmentProven leadership ability with experience managing and motivating teamsSales acumen with a track record of driving revenue and hitting targetsEPA certification preferred; commitment to ongoing education encouragedExcellent communication, organization, and time‑management skillsProficiency with service management software and standard office toolsValid driver's license and clean driving recordPhysical RequirementsAbility to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for up to 50% of the workdayAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, crawl, climb stairs or ladders , and perform repetitive motions as requiredAbility to lift, carry, push, or maneuver up to 50 pounds on a frequent basisComfortable driving and sitting for extended periods of timeAbility to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditionsAbility to perform physical tasks for extended periods while maintaining safety and productivityCompensation & Benefits$95,000–$100,000 annual salaryMedical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan optionsPaid Time Off (PTO)Ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunitiesWe're an equal opportunity employer, embracing diversity and ensuring equal opportunities for all qualified applicants.
