The MCO Analyst plays a critical role in supporting execution continuity across the team's multi-channel communication programs. This position is responsible for managing the operational execution of communications from initiation through deployment, helping ensure that communications are delivered accurately, on time, within budget, and in alignment with established quality and process standards. Because this work supports a high volume of communications across multiple programs and channels, the role is essential to maintaining execution quality, operational consistency, and business continuity.
This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of communication execution, including cost estimates, schedules, team meetings and recaps, template management, proofing and quality control, invoice validation, and coordination with internal partners and external vendors. The MCO Analyst manages multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously and is expected to exercise strong judgment, organization, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to day-to-day execution responsibilities, this position also contributes to process improvement and team effectiveness. The role is expected to identify opportunities to strengthen operational processes and quality control procedures, provide feedback to the team and management, and support ongoing team training as standards and procedures evolve. While structured within a team environment, the position also requires the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned programs.
Key partners involved in coordination efforts include Brand Compliance, PSS Marketing, Product, Campaign Targeting, Accounts, Implementations, Creative, Content Governance, Marketing Ops, the HEE team, and external vendors.

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
