Data Entry Specialist

Remote (EST)

Contract

Summary of needs from temporary staff for GoHealth:

  • Credentialing software data entry of approvals for Medical Assistance and Medicare.
  • Credentialing software data entry updates for Medical Assistance and Medicare managed care plans
  • Other payor enrollment credentialing software data entry as needed
  • PA Medicare applications (paper and electronic)
  • PA Medicaid applications online
  • NOTE – WV systems require more strict system access. Easier to give temporary staff access to PA systems and allow full time staff to focus on WV.

Staff training requirements:

  • Access to credentialing software
  • Training for data entry into credentialing software
  • Training for PA Medicare applications
  • Training for PA Medicaid applications

Staff qualifications:

  • Data entry accuracy
  • Attention to detail
  • Data confidentiality and integrity
  • Work hours must be during normal business hours Monday-Friday 7:30-5 (so staff are available to assist and answer questions)

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay for this position is $25 per hour.
