Patient Access Training And Quality Control Specialist

Baptist Health is looking for a Patient Access Training and Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN.

The Training and Quality Control Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs for Patient Access, Scheduling, Financial Clearance, Financial Counseling and Financial Transparency staff. This role ensures team members are fully trained in registration and scheduling workflows, insurance verification, financial counseling processes, and regulatory requirements. The Trainer promotes consistency, compliance, and high-quality patient experiences across all Baptist Health facilities through standardized education, competency validation, and ongoing staff development.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 2 years job related experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Requires frequent travel to facilities across the state to conduct trainings.
