Teach Now is recruiting a compassionate but boundaried SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term SEMH-support position in Brent. You will work with pupils whose emotional needs can affect attendance, relationships, behaviour and engagement with learning. Success in this role will come from being predictable, observant and patient. You will help pupils understand expectations, recover from difficult moments and experience achievement within the classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in SEN, pastoral support, educational psychology or therapeutic education.
