Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Grade PA4) - C Shift

The East Entrance Clerk is responsible for overseeing daily Inbound and Outbound operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of trucks and trailers to the proper destinations. This role supports yard and warehouse staff and enforces safety compliance standards for our carriers. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in warehouse (SAP) operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily dock schedules (DAS and Open Dock)
• Operate Vector program Directing inbound/outbound loads.
• Do SAP steps for inbound/outbound for Dry/Cold and MF loads
• Communicate with multiple areas and carriers directing traffic of trucks and trailers.
• Verify all people coming through entrance (visitors, box trucks, Fedex)
• Create Generic BOLs as needed
• Use Vector Tools to check in and out trucks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to utilize and adapt to Technologize.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse (SAP) operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work in cold/Hot environment for extended periods.
• Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 Hours.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 60 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

The salary range for this full-time position is $22.25 - $28.75, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
